Some things havent changed, but this comes with a twist: A Teacher/ex-NFL Cheerleader Captain combo.

Pitcured above is Sarah Jones. She has pleaded guilty to sexual misconduct and custodial interference. More from Fox Sports:

"In accepting the plea agreement, Judge Patricia Summe granted prosecutors' recommendation to sentence Jones to five years of diversion (probation) but no jail time, and she won't have to register as a sex offender. The diversion requires Jones to report to a probation officer and undergo drug tests."

"He's wonderful, and I absolutely adore everything because even if he has flaws, I adore them."

The show will centre around Ms. Jones and presumably Cody York, her much younger boyfriend, whom she recently admitted to having sex with when he was a minor, after vehemently denying it."

This is basically Mary Kay Laternoeau without the jail time. So she cheats on her husband, gets probation without having to register as a sex offender, and is in line to get paid through the court system along with a reality TV show. I ask you, could this have happened if the genders in this case were reversed??

Picture above is Julie Ann Moore. She's been accused of sexually assaulting a student during a football game as well as sexting. From the UK Daily Mail:

"Julie Ann Moore, 34, from Potter County, Texas, turned herself in after a month-long investigation uncovered the sexual relationship with the Amarillo High School student.

Moore is a third-grade teacher at Sanborn Elementary school and allegedly asked the teenage boy to come to her car during an Amarillo High school football game so she could 'show him something'.

According to the complaint, the boy followed her to the car, where she told him to look in the console where he saw a box of condoms.

The teenagers allegedly told investigators Moore drove him to the back of a nearby apartment complex, where they climbed into the back seat.

She then began kissing the boy, removing her clothes first and then his before the two had sex for ten to 15 minutes, according to the complaint.

Moore then allegedly drove the boy back to the stadium before the second half began.

The exchange is said to have taken place in September or October and Texas Rangers began their investigation in November, according to the Amarillo Globe News.

It followed allegations that Moore had exchanged inappropriate text messages with at least one high school student, though the affidavit mentions three 15-year-old boys.

On November 11, Rangers seized a Dell laptop computer, two USB flash drives and an AT&T Subscriber Identity Module card, from her Randall County home, according to court records.

According to the Globe News, a Ranger met with a 15-year-old student a week before the searches who detailed 'three sexual encounters' with Moore.

The student said he and Moore exchanged about 100 text messages — half of them 'extremely sexually explicit' — over three months, starting in June and ending in August, the affidavits said."

I feel sorry for her husband. Like Steve Letourneau, he found out the hard way that his wife led a double life.

"Daughdrill was arrested on November 28 and booked into Calcasieu Correctional Center. She is charged with four counts of carnal knowledge of a juvenile; eight counts of sexual battery; three counts of 2nd degree kidnapping; one count contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile; and one count indecent behavior with a juvenile.
CPSO officials say that Daughdrill also has pending charges of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile and three counts of 2nd degree kidnapping in Beauregard Parish with the same 13 year-old boy. "

Given that women's desire to hook up during the holiday season intensifies, I'm sure more stories like this will surface in the days ahead.

Naughty Teachers Files Vol. XI - French Canadian Twist

The Desperate Housewives Effect happens north of the border too. (HT Montreal Gazette)

The cougar-cub phenomenon has taken hold with our neighbors to the north. From the Montreal Gazette:

Former gym teacher Tania Pontbriand (pictured above) seduced her 15-year-old student during a camping trip, beginning a two-year relationship that would involve sex every day in her office, car or at one of their homes, Quebec Court heard on Friday.

The student, now 25, testified at Pontbriand's trial for sexually assaulting the young man, that she showered him with gifts, including a dog tag engraved with the date of their first sexual encounter.

"She had convinced me that we were in love, that I was special and that she didn't do this with other students," he said in a calm, articulate manner.

In 2002, Pontbriand taught gym and leadership, which involved winter camping and bike trips, to the Rosemere High School student, who can't be named.

During the first bike trip, with the entire class, Pontbriand and the student sat up talking until 6 a.m., sharing thoughts and feelings.

"She said that marrying her husband had been a mistake," the man testified. "She said I could look into her eyes and know what she was thinking."

A couple of weeks later, they went camping alone - with the permission of the boy's mother.

While in the tent, Pontbriand stroked the boy's eyebrow, he testified.

"She said 'kiss me,' " he said. "I was completely sexually inexperienced and said 'how?'"

They had intercourse and oral sex twice that night, and the next day Pontbriand drove the boy home.

"She said, 'I'm going to be your biggest fan for the rest of your life,' " he testified, adding that Pontbriand then flashed him her breasts.

"I was confused. I never thought that I'd be sleeping with a 30-year old married teacher of mine."

The two continued to have sex daily in Pontbriand's office, in her car or at her home when her husband was playing hockey or golf, the student said. Everyone at Rosemere knew Pontbriand was transporting him to and from school, and some teachers warned her that her behaviour was inappropriate, but the two told everyone they were just friends.

Throughout the summer, they went cycling together and had sex in the woods, at the boy's house or Pontbriand's home in Mascouche.

One of the photos shown in court Friday was of the student drunk and passed out on Pontbriand's couch. "That was the first time I ever drank in my life," he testified.

She knew his locker combination and would leave him love notes, written in a special code the two had made up.

When the boy went on a family holiday to Florida, Pontbriand gave him money to buy her lingerie at a Victoria's Secret store.

The young man testified their relationship continued on the sly until he went to CEGEP and Pontbriand stopped calling. By the time he entered university in 2006, he was still distraught, trying to get some explanation from his former teacher, he said.

Finally, he consulted a psychiatrist. "He said I'd missed out on a lot at 15, like the normal dating rituals. I think I was still in denial, pretending it was a normal relationship."

Finally, he told his mom, who broke down crying, and his friends, who agreed he should go to police.

Pretty graphic, I have to say. I would love to hear her side of the story. The trial will pick up at the end of November so more details should be out then. Stay tuned.

Consider this the St. Patty's Day double feature of DHE. Pictured above is Daniela Rossman. She was removed from her position because of improper relations with a student. The UK Daily Mail provides more:

"A high school teacher has been fired after accusations of an 'inappropriate relationship' with a student.

German teacher Daniela Rossman was dismissed after board members of the New Trier High School near Chicago voted 6-0 to remove her following the accusations.

Nicole Dizon, New Trier director of communications, said: 'The reasons the board cited for dismissal were related to an inappropriate relationship with a student.'
On Tuesday, the school district confirmed that Daniela Rossmann had been suspended in what was described as a 'misconduct' allegation.

The suspension was announced in an email by district Superintendent Linda Yonke that was sent out to parents at the school.

School officials remained tight-lipped about the exact nature of the alleged inappropriate relationship involving Rossmann, who has taught German at New Trier since 2003.

Mrs Yonke wrote that following the accusation the school 'immediately notified the proper authorities', adding that an 'investigation is ongoing'.

Social workers were on hand at Mrs Rossman's classes and, 'will be available for any students who may need support on an ongoing basis,' the email confirmed."

Another one gone. All that time and money wasted on one fling that got found out and exposed. Sad.

Pictured above is Carrie Shafer. She recently resigned from her teaching positon after a run-in with Johnny Law. Looks like the spring fever edition of DHE is upon us. From Bad Bad Teacher:

"Carrie Shafer, 38, a former biology teacher at duPont Manual High School in Louisville, Kentucky has reportedly been cited on allegations arising from an incident where she was alleged found partially clothed in a car with a 17-year-old male student.

Reportedly, Shafer was cited for unlawful transaction with a minor.

Then it gets more interesting. From Fox41.com:

"LMPD Spokesman Dwight Mitchell says, "When the officer approached the vehicle, the windows were steamed. When the officer eventually got to it, with windows rolled down, there was a female and male inside the vehicle.

Police say the two were partially nude and wouldn't comment on what they were doing. They say a used condom and several used wet wipes were found outside their vehicles. Police say the officer also smelled alcohol and say both had been drinking beer.

Fox 41 News tried to get Shafer's side of the story at her house, but no one answered the door. She also helped run the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Chapter at Manual.

Her neighbors say she also has two young children. Shafer is now charged with unlawful transaction with a minor and faces a fine for parking in a handicapped zone."

My gut feeling tells me that there will be more of these stories as we move into warmer weather. Could it be that the reason why some men can't find a woman is because the women are too busy sexing up underage boys? Have women given up on men in their age bracket altogether?? Or is it a power trip??

Naughty Teachers Files Vol. VIII: Slap On The Wrist

Looks Like DHE is pretty popular in the UK too. Pictured above is Leah Davies. She was recently convicted of sexual activity with a child. Then it gets weird. From the UK Daily Mail:

"Leah Davies, 30, had sex with the schoolboy in his family home after being invited over by his mother, with whom she was friends.

After the mother went to bed, Davies and the boy watched a DVD and drank vodka before having sex in the living room.

She was given a 12-month suspended sentence, plus a two-year supervision order, after Judge Martin Rudland said she was an ‘ordinary, decent, hard-working woman who made a tragic and foolish mistake’.

Davies first kissed the boy in autumn 2009 and on another occasion performed a sex act on him, but they only had sex once, Manchester Crown Court heard.

(The judge stated) "The experience was short-lived and required no coercion. He touched you first. He was not seduced or corrupted by the experience."

Bottom Line: The fact that it happened once is one time too many. So she basically gets a slap on the wrist. If the genders were flipped, I doubt a similar sentence would be issued.

"After an investigation, police arrested Bowles on suspicion of sexual assault, sexual assault on a minor by a person in a position of trust and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Each is a class 4 felony, meaning if she is convicted at that level, punishment could be two to four years of prison on each count."

Now there's this from TheDenverChannel.com:

"A Loveland officer was patrolling North Lake Park after it had closed on Friday night when she spotted a blue Subaru in the east parking lot.

"As I approached the vehicle, I saw a fully naked male and a fully naked female in the second row of seats. The female was on top of the male and she quickly jumped off the male when she saw my flashlight shining into the vehicle," Officer Sharon Hopkins wrote in the arrest affidavit.

After she dressed, Courtney Bowles admitted she and the teen were having sex, police said."

So she basically got caught red-handed (and red-faced to boot) and she's looking at 6 to 12 years in jail. Does she still believe he's worth it? DHE continues to evolve.

Naughty Teachers Files Vol. VI

A new year ushers in a new naughty teacher. From BadBadTeacher.com:

"Ashley M. Blumenshine, 27, (pictured above) a physical education teacher at Plainfield North High School in Plainfield, Illinois has reportedly been arrested on allegations that she had sex with a 16-year-old male student.

Reportedly, Blumenshine is initially charged with criminal sexual abuse.

Blumenshine came to the attention of Plainfield Police when officers allegedly discovered her and the student in a car parked outside a Kohl’s store Tuesday night. Reportedly, the officers were investigating two suspicious vehicles at the end of the lot away from anything else.

It is alleged that both Blumenshine and the boy admitted to police that they had consensual sexual intercourse just before the officers arrived."

Blumenshine has since resigned. The Desperate Housewives Effect is still going strong. Parents now need to watch teachers in addition to their kids.

Pictured above is the 33 year old Marcie Lynn Rousseau. She recently copped a plea deal on three counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct. From BadBadTeacher.com:

"Rousseau entered the plea before Circuit Judge Jonathan E. Lauderbach, who concluded Rousseau should be sentenced to four to 15 years in prison when he sentences her on December 16th.

Under the plea deal, prosecutors agreed to dismiss five other counts of criminal sexual conduct.

Although the prosecution asked the judge to jail Rousseau pending sentencing, the judge permitted Rousseau to remain free on bond.

Rousseau still faces 21 counts of criminal sexual conduct in Saginaw County and is scheduled for trial there in January unless another plea deal occurs."

It gets better. "her alleged relationship may have affected another student’s ability to become a member of the National Honor Society.

Freeland’s superintendent does admit Rousseau may have given a high school senior a poor score for getting on the National Honor Society.

Why? Because the student may have known about the alleged relationship between the teacher and the victim.

Reportedly, Freeland School Superintendent Matt Cairy stated, “From the information I have been given it seems very possible that Mrs. Rousseau sabotaged this man’s application.” The Superintendent is looking into the possibility that Rousseau gave the student a poor mark because the high school senior suspected a relationship between Rousseau and the victim."

Naughty and vindictive. What a catch!!

Pictured above is Melinda Dennehy. She just pleaded guilty to a charge she e-mailed nude photographs of herself to a 15-year-old student. From the Huffington Post:

"According to police, the ex-teacher sent 'four sexy shots of herself,' with her 'genitals exposed,' to her 15-year-old male student. The sophomore to which the photos had been sent told police that Dennehy texted him detailing sexual acts she wanted to perform with him.

CBS News adds the teenager told police his teacher "continuously sent him text messages" and "kissed him twice on two separate occasions" while at school."

Looks like teenagers aren't the only ones engaging in sexting & kissing at school.

Pictured above is Taryn Fairbanks. She's reportedly being accused of having sex with a 17-year-old male student during a party at his home when his parents were out of town. What makes this story unique are court records related to the case. From BadBadTeacher.com:

"Court records in Nevada reportedly indicate that last year, Taryn Fairbanks, then known as Taryn Stermer, married a man who graduated from Kentlake High School in 2003 while she was a teacher at the school.

Because both were adults when they married and because Fairbanks’ estranged husband, who is now 24, was no longer a student at the school, there were are no allegations of misconduct.

Seattle Public Schools spokeswoman Teresa Wippel said the district was unaware Fairbanks had married a former student."

Must be a "Don't ask don't tell" policy in place. I don't know how else they could have missed that.
