It's no secret that women love to trade up. However, it was the way Laurie Ann Martinez, pictured above tried to do it that got her in trouble with Johnny Law. From FoxNews.com:

"She split her own lip with a pin, scraped her knuckles with sandpaper and had her friend punch her in the face. Investigators say she even ripped open her blouse, then wet her pants to give the appearance she had been knocked unconscious.

But it was all part of what authorities said Friday was an elaborate hoax by the woman to convince her husband she was raped so they could move to a safer neighborhood.

Charges filed by the Sacramento County district attorney allege Laurie Ann Martinez, a prison psychologist, conspired with the friend to create the appearance that she was beaten, robbed and raped by a stranger in April in her Sacramento home.

Martinez, her friend and two co-workers eventually told police the whole thing was a setup to convince Martinez's husband that they needed to move from a blighted, high-crime area three miles north of the state Capitol.

It didn't work. Instead, the couple filed for divorce six weeks after the April 10 incident, according to court records.

"If all you wanted to do is move, there's other ways than staging a burglary and rape," said Sacramento police Sgt. Andrew Pettit. "She went to great lengths to make this appear real."

When women cry rape like this, it gives less credibility to the real victims. There needs to be stronger punishment for women who make false rape accusations. Filing a false police report doesn't cut it. If women went to jail for 5 to 10 years, they would stop doing it. The lengths that some women will go to get what they want is truly out there.

She's a prison psychologist, now she may likely become a prison inmate.

Lingerie Football League Players Pose For PETA UPDATE: Toronto Triumph Also Involved

While the Chicago Bliss photoshoot is gaining traction, Toronto Triumph players (pictured above) also did the cross promotion, most notably Alicia Bell, #10. Being outside in Toronto in December wearing solely those uniforms drew attention to say the very least.

For those who are unaware, the Lingerie Football League is a Women's tackle football league where lingerie provides the majority of the uniform. It's arguably the fastest growing sports league in the US. Many players do cross-promoting to get the brand into the mainstream.

One organization that LFL players cross-promoted for was PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals). Recently, a number of Chicago Bliss players took photos for an ad campaign to promote PETA's cause.

I know the article says Toronto Triumph, but these are Chicago Bliss players. If you look at the teams webpage (link is below), you'll see the matching color scheme as well as recognize some of the players, most notably Heather Furr, #15 (girl standing on the left).

Add these LFL players to the growing list of female celebrities that "went natural" for PETA.

Picture above is Julie Ann Moore. She's been accused of sexually assaulting a student during a football game as well as sexting. From the UK Daily Mail:

"Julie Ann Moore, 34, from Potter County, Texas, turned herself in after a month-long investigation uncovered the sexual relationship with the Amarillo High School student.

Moore is a third-grade teacher at Sanborn Elementary school and allegedly asked the teenage boy to come to her car during an Amarillo High school football game so she could 'show him something'.

According to the complaint, the boy followed her to the car, where she told him to look in the console where he saw a box of condoms.

The teenagers allegedly told investigators Moore drove him to the back of a nearby apartment complex, where they climbed into the back seat.

She then began kissing the boy, removing her clothes first and then his before the two had sex for ten to 15 minutes, according to the complaint.

Moore then allegedly drove the boy back to the stadium before the second half began.

The exchange is said to have taken place in September or October and Texas Rangers began their investigation in November, according to the Amarillo Globe News.

It followed allegations that Moore had exchanged inappropriate text messages with at least one high school student, though the affidavit mentions three 15-year-old boys.

On November 11, Rangers seized a Dell laptop computer, two USB flash drives and an AT&T Subscriber Identity Module card, from her Randall County home, according to court records.

According to the Globe News, a Ranger met with a 15-year-old student a week before the searches who detailed 'three sexual encounters' with Moore.

The student said he and Moore exchanged about 100 text messages — half of them 'extremely sexually explicit' — over three months, starting in June and ending in August, the affidavits said."

I feel sorry for her husband. Like Steve Letourneau, he found out the hard way that his wife led a double life.

Female Cops Engaging In MissBehavior?

Looks like MissBehavior can be committed by women from all walks of life. From CBS Baltimore:

"Two Baltimore City police officers were reportedly caught in a sex scandal. The department is keeping the details quiet, but Adam May has some information about the allegations.

The alleged sexual activity occurred in a public place. Officials say it’s been under investigation for weeks.

Two female officers on the Baltimore City police department’s mounted patrol unit are under a human resources investigation for allegations involving sexual activity.

“We have general orders and certain behaviors would be classified as an integrity violation,” said police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi, Baltimore City Police."

If cops are engaging in MissBehavior, then truly ANY woman is capable of doing it.

Chicago Attorney Allegedly Engaged In Repeted MissBehavior

Pictured above is Tamara Tanzillo. An ethics complaint was filed against her for MissBehavior. From Abovethelaw.com:

"14. In August, 2009, the Champaign County State’s Attorney’s Office filed charges against Respondent for telephone harassment . . . related to a complaint made to the Rantoul police. The woman who filed the complaint (“complainant”) and the Respondent were both dating the same individual. The complainant alleged that Respondent sent text messages and made telephone calls threatening to keep their mutual acquaintance from getting or keeping a job with the State of Illinois if he continued to see the complainant. The complainant further alleged that Respondent called her a “f***ing b****” and made threats against her life and advised the victim that their mutual acquaintance had taught her how to fire a gun."

Criminal charges were dropped. However, with the rep that redheads have with their temper, you don't want to cross one, particularly one who's politically connected with a firearm. There's more:

"6. During 2008, in violation of HFS's Internet Usage and Data Security Administration Policies (HFS Employee Handbook, Section 635, 3.9.2 and 3.9.3), which permit use of internet access only for business purposes and not for personal use, Respondent used her computer for personal use, including displaying sexually explicit material and nude photos of herself and others, despite having been warned to cease the use of her computer for those purposes. Prior to May of 2008, Respondent was warned by the HFS Inspector General that she was to cease using her Chicago and Springfield computers for personal matters. Notwithstanding the warning, forensic examinations in May and June of 2008 and February of 2009 confirmed that Respondent continued to utilize the computers for personal matters, including the display of images of nudity and strong sexual content.

21. In 2007, at an after-hours event for the opening of the Chicago office of two lobbyists, Respondent was intoxicated or under the influence of drugs and fell to the floor screaming, then ran outside into traffic.

22. In February 2008, at approximately 5:30-6:00 a.m., Respondent called the guard of her Springfield office building and stated that she was unclothed in a car outside and further stated that she required something to wrap around her in order to enter the building. A while later, two women brought Respondent a coat to cover herself, and all three entered the building, with Respondent wearing the coat wrapped around her, covering her head and face.

23. On two different occasions, Respondent exposed her breasts to female co-workers to request their opinion on the results of her breast augmentation surgery.

24. On April 2, 2008, Respondent entered J.P. Kelly’s, a tavern in Springfield, and exposed her breasts to two State officials, after which Respondent conversed with those officials for several minutes. At the time of the incident, Respondent was also unsteady on her feet and had been drinking."

So according to this complaint, she drinks and is an exhibitionist. Now for the kicker: Who's being blamed for all this? None other than convicted former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich. Tanzillo’s lawyer, Stephen Komie has stated the following:

"An attorney for Tamara Tanzillo, 52, says the complaint from the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission is in retaliation for Tanzillo's refusal to fall in line with improper orders during the Rod Blagojevich administration.

"She's feeling the penalty imposed for refusing to do political work while employed by the state," said Stephen Komie, who last month filed a 32-page whistle-blower lawsuit on Tanzillo's behalf.

Komie said he vigorously will defend his client against the allegations in the complaint."

Quite the spin doctor. So once again a man is being blamed for a woman's bad behavior. Playing the "it's his fault" card. If she did all this stuff, she must take responsibility for it. Especially since Blago's already going to the joint for 14 years.

"Daughdrill was arrested on November 28 and booked into Calcasieu Correctional Center. She is charged with four counts of carnal knowledge of a juvenile; eight counts of sexual battery; three counts of 2nd degree kidnapping; one count contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile; and one count indecent behavior with a juvenile.
CPSO officials say that Daughdrill also has pending charges of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile and three counts of 2nd degree kidnapping in Beauregard Parish with the same 13 year-old boy. "

Given that women's desire to hook up during the holiday season intensifies, I'm sure more stories like this will surface in the days ahead.
